Aliza Shapiro, LMSW

Aliza Shapiro, LMSW (Manhattan Office) completed her Master’s degree at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, and is a staff clinician at the Center for Anxiety. She provides evidence-based cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy techniques including exposure, mindfulness, emotion-regulation and distress tolerance, as well as strength-based approaches. As a dedicated and empathic clinician, Aliza helps children, adolescents and adults overcome a wide array of presenting problems.
