Dovid Spinka, LMSW

Dovid Spinka, LMSW (Manhattan Office) is a staff clinician at the Center for Anxiety. Originally from London England, Dovid received his Masters degree from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, and he has completed training in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies. Dovid provides standard as well as intensive outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents suffering from mood, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorders, as well as difficulties with emotion regulation and interpersonal relationships. Dovid is a skills-focused clinician who empowers his patients with the necessary tools to achieve their goals and improve the quality of their lives. More fundamentally, Dovid helps his patients to recognize and identify their inner strength for resilience, and their ability to overcome adversity. Away from the Center for Anxiety, Dovid enjoys swimming, playing football (the English one), and hiking the Rocky Mountains of North America.
