Hudi Kowalsky, LMHC

Hudi Kowalsky, LMHC is a Mental Health Counselor at the Center for Anxiety (Brooklyn office). Born and bred in Brooklyn, NY, Hudi received his Masters in Counseling from New York University, and he is trained in Family and Couples Counseling, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and has worked extensively with Holocaust survivors and victims of trauma. Hudi takes a holistic approach to patient care, focusing not only on symptom management but on far-reaching effects on each patient, their environmental context, and also the world at large. He also has a regular Yoga practice. and blends ancient Eastern philosophy into his treatment approach. Outside of his clinical work, Hudi is an avid acoustic guitar player and provides lessons to young adults both in group settings and individually.
