Sara Berlin, LMSW

Sara Berlin, LMSW (Rockland County Office) is a Staff Clinician at the
Center for Anxiety. She received her graduate degree from Columbia
University School of Social Work, where she gained experience working
in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Sara’s clinical approach is firmly rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but she integrates aspects of Mindfulness, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and other evidence-based approaches to help individuals suffering from a wide range of psychological difficulties. Sara is a
skilled clinician who helps individuals across the lifespan, but she particularly excels in working with children experiencing anxiety, selective mutism, oppositional behavior and social skills difficulties.
