Careers

The Center for Anxiety offers a growth-oriented, professional, collaborative, and rewarding work environment. Our office culture empowers employees to achieve their career aspirations, by offering myriad opportunities for advancement.

We take pride in providing the highest standard of professional care, and support clinicians by integrating research and teaching into our practice. Unlike most private practices, we offer opportunities to engage in research, and employ a full time research director. We partner with Psych-Surveys, which provides ongoing assessment data to help clinicians design the most effective treatment plans. In addition, staff are encouraged to engage with the local community and fellow professionals through dynamic and meaningful educational and training programs.

We offer employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Medical benefits
  • Generous funding for professional development
  • Comprehensive and fully paid malpractice insurance
  • Partial reimbursement for employee fitness and cellular phones
  • Paid maternity/paternity leave

We maintain a policy of equal opportunity and affirmative action; decisions regarding recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, promotions and terminations are all merit-based and conducted without consideration for factors that cannot lawfully be considered.

We are actively recruiting for the open positions listed below. Please check this section of our website or join our newsletter to be kept informed about new positions.
