Daniel Volk, MA (Brooklyn Office) is a doctoral intern at the center for anxiety. As a doctoral candidate at the University of Connecticut, Dan has received training in cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal process, and solution-focused therapy approaches. Additionally, Dan has a training background in implementing applied behavior analysis techniques for individuals with various developmental disabilities and working within educational systems to support the needs of children, adolescents, and young adults. Dan takes a collaborative and holistic approach to treatment and works to foster a therapeutic environment that will support clients in reaching their treatment goals.
