Hannah O’Grady, LMSW
Hannah O’Grady, LMSW (Brooklyn Office) is a staff clinician at the Center for Anxiety. She completed her Master’s degree at the Columbia University School of Social Work, where she was a fellow in Columbia’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy Training Program and Lab. Through this program, Hannah received advanced training and practice in treating suicidal adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Additionally, she has intensive training in DBT as offered by Behavioral Tech, LLC. Hannah has experience providing DBT and CBT in both outpatient and inpatient mental health settings, and was providing therapy at an inpatient psychiatric facility prior to her transition to the Center for Anxiety. She has experience treating adults with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and pervasive emotion dysregulation. As an open and radically genuine clinician, Hannah incorporates goal-focused and evidence-based techniques including mindfulness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills. Outside of her clinical work, you can find Hannah playing music, reading or hiking in the mountain of upstate New York.
