Melissa Sital, BA
Melissa Sital, BA (Rockland Office) is completing a doctoral externship at the Center for Anxiety. She previously earned her Bachelor’s degrees in psychology and English at Trinity College. She is currently in the process of completing her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Montclair State University, and has thus far earned her Master’s degree in clinical psychology through this program. Melissa has received training in an array of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and has experience working in school, day program, and outpatient settings. Melissa is committed to cultivating a supportive therapeutic environment and employing evidence-based techniques to help clients reach their treatment goals.
