Nikki Eskenasi, PsyD

Nikki Eskenasi, PsyD (Rockland Office) is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Anxiety. She received her doctoral degree (PsyD) in clinical psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University, and completed her pre-doctoral clinical internship at the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System in Montrose, NY. Dr. Eskenasi has extensive experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to children and adults. She has also received advanced training in both Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Dr. Eskenasi specializes in working with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, insomnia, and emotion dysregulation. Dr. Eskenasi is warm and genuine, and uses a collaborative, strengths-based approach in her work.
