How much does treatment cost?
Given the focused, short-term nature of our treatment approach, the total cost of treatment is generally a fraction of what it might be in other settings. Treatment does not go on for longer than necessary, and our assessment tool shortens the length of therapy so that patients improve more quickly. Senior clinicians are billed at higher rates. The duration of individual sessions is scheduled in advance in accordance with each patient’s treatment plan – there are no surprise fees or charges. Fees for intensive treatments are assessed on a case-by-case basis prior to treatment. For more information about fees and services please call our office.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, healthcare providers are required to inform patients who are either not enrolled in a health insurance plan or not using insurance, an estimate of their bill or a “Good Faith Estimate” for healthcare items and services before those items or services are provided.
Center for Anxiety is an out-of-network provider. This means our providers are not contracted as part of your health plan. All patients are responsible for calling to determine their out-of network benefits. All patients are offered a call with a Patient Care Manager prior to scheduling. Fees for intakes/services will be verbally communicated to you during this call. Clients will then be invited to set up a client portal to receive paperwork for the initial appointment and throughout your care. A Good Faith Estimate Notice and Consent will be sent through your portal prior to your appointment. This will include a table of services and fees. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. A copy will also be kept as part of your electronic medical record.
It is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental health care as each client has a right to decide how long they would like to participate in mental health care services and all services are voluntary, however, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided and reassessed as needed.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services.
- You can ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service
- You can ask for an updated Good Faith Estimate at any point reflecting your current expected charges.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate and the bill.
- For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
