We put understanding our clients goals first.

Our Process

We begin with

Before your first consult, we send a survey to get to know you—your history, preferences, and goals.

You meet with
a clinician

This in-person time allows for deeper conversation around your needs and what you hope to get out of therapy..

We make a match

With data-at-hand, we match you with the right therapist or group and create a custom treatment plan.

And we follow how you feel

We want therapy to evolve with you—so we check-in at key moments and make any necessary changes.

To make great matches, we consider
a wide range of factors:

Intensive Treatment

Evidence-based and in-person.

We provide an Intensive Outpatient treatment Program (IOP) involving concentrated sessions over a brief 5-10 day period. This program is ideal for patients with more complex or severe anxiety, OCD, and other conditions, and also for out-of-town patients who come to us from across the United States, Canada, and around the world. This program offers quick results and focused, personalized treatment.

Our Goals

We created our logo specifically to reflect our goals. The three circles represent intrapersonal, interpersonal and spiritual aspects of life, and the flower in the center represents human flourishing, which occurs when one has healthy and thriving relationships in each of these areas.

We place great importance on sharing our expertise in anxiety; therefore we regularly offer free educational programs to the community. In addition, we provide training/supervision programs to local area schools, clinicians, and clergy, focused on how to implement and evaluate evidence-based behavioral approaches in a variety of settings. Sign up for our monthly newsletter and blog to receive articles with practical tips on living with anxiety and to be notified of upcoming programs.
